Equinox Shared Control and click to Dial

So with R11 SP2 and Equinox 3.4.8 Avaya brought Shared control and click to dial to Equinox for Windows.

We upgraded our in house system and all the relevant clients, I have been able to get click to dial working in Internet Explorer - which works pretty well, but cannot for the life of me work out how to get the same thing working in Chrome (currently all telephone numbers in chrome for me show click to dial from Hangouts when I hover over telephone numbers) and I cannot work out the shared control part as my equinox for windows just acts as a normal softphone.

I've been searching for documentation but all I can find only ever talks about Aura!!

Okay, so some further playing and the browser plug in setting within equinox turns off everytime you logoff/close equinox and the actual ie plugin forgets the country setting you set it to and reverts back to US everytime as well, making it very annoying.

There is a phase two of the shared control which will be released with 11 sp4 where Avaya suspect all these little things resolved even including enhanced Client SDK support for IPO
