Equinox Select on 10.1 reports invalid username or password

I have assigned a user an Office Worker license and tried to log into Equinox Select on 10.1. 2x users work, the rest do not. I have copied every tab between the 2x users(working/no-working), still reports invalid username or password. What I am doing wrong?

I can log into OneX Portal as this user. I can also log into

https://address:9443/PhoneService

as this user and make calls, but when logging into the app, is reports bad username/password???
