Equinox no audio 15

I have Equinox loaded on my Laptop with Windows 10 pro. I can see the connection is OK as it shows no errors. I can dial the Equinox ext and the laptop rings thru the speakers but there is no audio. I can call from the laptop but there is no audio also. I have run the firewall batch file and also tried to turn it off to see that would work but still no audio. What might I try looking at next for this?

I have seen an audio issue on mac. On windows I had no audio until I adjusted the settings at the bottom of the app. There were multiple resources in the computer to choose from. There are separate settings for ringing and other audio I believe
 
Do you have audio when calling from other laptops?
Maybe it's an IP route problem.. or codec problem..

 
Licenses are set to power user. I can use other laptops to use this but not mine.

Is this all internal to your network? Or is something external?
If internal, do you have any firewalls internally? Do you have fixup/h323 transformations turned off?
If External, firewall ports opened for RTP/SRTP? Fixup/h323 transformations turned off?

 
no just seems to be my laptop. I have removed and reinstalled the App with no change. I just uninstalled it and removed all instances of it from the registry. I am going to reboot and try to install once again and see if it starts working correctly.

I also have the same problem while all the ports necessary for the operation of Equinox are open (RTP + SIP).
I think this problem of white communications comes from the router, rather than the IPO itself.

If I switch my mobile Equinox into VPN, I no longer have this problem.
