Hi Specialists:
I have seen some similar cases to mine in this portal but I have not been able to solve this issue. I am trying to use Equinox for Windows (r3.6) as a softphone connected to an IPO Server r11 FP4 SP1 through a simple local network, without success. If I use Avaya Communicator for Windows (ACW) or One-X Mobile (1XM) with TLS, there is no problem, everything works well with the phone service (so I assume that the IPO root certificate I installed in my machine, SIP parameters and USER credentials are all ok).
If I reset the Equinox from scratch and apply an auto-configuration pointing to web address ( I get these errors:
- Specified SIP Domain is invalid (Phone Service problem)
- Contact Service is currently unavailable (and there is no PRESENCE)
I have only enabled the LAN1 interface on the IPO server (SIP Domain = ipo.mydomain.com / SIP Registrar FQDN = ipo.mydomain.com). I can always resolve the name ipo.mydomain.com on my local DNS server to a local IP address (ipo-ip-address) without problem (my ACW and 1XM clients work fine using this FQDN), so I assume there is no issue about IP connectivity or DNS in my LAN as expected.
I suspect this issue it is something related to my IPO root certificate but I do not know what to do, Please could you guide me with some troubleshooting steps?
