Equinox - Ending a conference

As per document "Using Avaya Equinox™ for Android, iOS, Mac, and Windows" you can end the conference using the End Call (Big red phone) button in the conference card. But then the conference ends only for the moderator.
The document goes on to say to properly end the conference go the three dots > Conference Features > End Conference for Everyone - but this is greyed out. Any ideas on how to completely end a conference

Conference control is not available in Equinox for now (it is only supported on Aura).
You can configure IPO to disconnect conference when moderator leave if it helps :)

How do you do this ?
If you are talking about Drop External Only Ipromtpu Conference or SET SIPCONFERENCECONTINUE 0 in 46xxsettings ..... both dont work with an equinox call :(
If you are talking about something else, please enlighten me :)
