EQU number / port disappeared

Hope one of you would help me out.

One of our EQU (002-3-30-12) seemed to be vanished and we can't resurrect or reinstate it. All the other ports are working fine on this board.

Hi,

1) Try to extei if analog or ksexi if digital on this port and show us the response?
2) Insert the board to the other position.

Thanks all for the responses, but I got it sorted, it was the card that playing up.
