Epson Tm88V w/serial with micros e7

How do I connect a Epson TM88V serial port printer to Micros e7 . Everytime I connect it doesnt print anything . I connect TM88III and it prints with no problem so I know its not the cable but the updated version of printer.

Have you checked the baud rate? It's been a while but if the internal switches aren't set up properly that could be an issue.

The Dip Switches? Do you know what they should b DS 1 & DS2

I too would assume its the Dips on the new printer are not set correctly.
