A last resort stab-in-the-dark this, as Epson support's only advice was to re-install the drivers, which I've tried many times along with O/S installs.
The problem: Simply no matter what number I put in the 'no. of copies' box, the printer will only ever print 1 copy of the document. This is the case no matter what file, graphics or text, or from what program.
(Win 98se + Epson stylus color 670)

Anyone else experienced this or know what might be causing it?
My suggestions are what I would try myself. If incorrect, I welcome corrections to my rather limited knowledge. Andy.

Hi, here's a complete "stab in the dark", but I have some other printers that do this when the toner or ink supply is low. Apparantly, in order to keep the image quality at an acceptible level, it only prints one page without user intervention. Is this possible? If it's not something like this, then it seems like it must be a driver issue.

Good luck

Thanks for your reply, but it has always done this, regardless of ink levels. The driver is also the latest available......... My suggestions are what I would try myself. If incorrect, I welcome corrections to my rather limited knowledge. Andy.

Have you tried with other software programs? I had a software program that didn't have the "copies" tied in.

Hope this helps. :)
