EPS images not printing from PC but same images print from MAC

I'm cannot get EPS images to print from our only PC to a HP5000, but we can take these same images to the Mac and successfully print to the same HP5000 with the resolutions set to 1200dpi which is what we have to have to outplay vinyl plates. The PC has 512MB of ram which is more than the MAC. I have tried all of the setting that I can think of in the printer setup---Anyone have a suggestions

Are they photoshop, freehand or illustrator eps files?

Try opening one & resaving - make sure you save as tif previews for pc instead of mac.

In the Quark print set up try changing the Options>Pictures>Data option to 'Clean 8-bit'. The default seems to be 'Binary'
I had a similar problem with a HP laserjet 5000n that previously printed no problem from a MAC but changing to W2K gave me a problem. The above change sorted out my problem.

I cannot print my Quark Document to my Canon S9000. I have brought in photoshop EPS files that print fine from Photoshop, but print grainy on my printer.
Please help.
