EPOS 5.3 export report problem

Hi,

We installed EPOS register 5.3. Everything else is working but when printing reports the export option doesn't work. Print option works but we would like to have a .pdf copy of the reports every day.

Please advice,

I've never tried to export the ePOS reports, but keep in mind that ePOS installs a very limited Crystal print engine, so exports may not be possible.
How far do you get with the export, or what is the error?
 
We have 4 EPOS locations. In all 3 Export option works without problem. But this one is new installation. There is no Error at all. You choose EPOS report, you can print it, but when press Export button, nothing happens.

Try deleting C:\Windows\Crystal and then run Workstation Update from eDownload, this will reinstall ePOS Register.
Note that if you have customized the Crystal reports then they may get wiped out by the install, so make copies of your custom reports.
