Eport an after effects film to premiere or to a dv camrecoder

Yes you can create a "movie" for out put to DV & Premiere from within AE.
Make sure your program is created at PAL or NTSC DV dimensions, (depends on where you are and what your standards are).
When you have finished editing, render out the project using the DV codec. You can then take this straight into premiere and send it to your camera via firewire.
