Hi guys
I've recently upgraded from ePO 2.5.1 to ePO 3.0.2 and
I'm reasonably happy with it. 75% of my PCs get their DATs from my distributed repository, which in turn get updates from the master... updates from NAIFTP work too.
My question is, The PCs that don't appear to have an agent (looking in the console tree) have the correct files on the machines and you can also browse to http:\\pcname:8081 and see agent-sever comms info. All it seems to do is enforce policies, it never seems to pick up tasks. Anyone have any idea why??
at the moment I'm going to each PC and running
"framepkg.exe /forceinstall /install=agent" which I was told to od by McAfee. They didn't tell me what the problem was, just wondered if anyone had an easier way of doing this. i.e. without haveing to leave desk
