EPO 3.1.2.247 / Windows 2003

Hi All,

I currently have a problem wherby I have upgraded from EPO 3 to 3.2 Hotfix 4.

Unfortunately although the agent sits happily on my Windows 2003 servers, it only comes up with a message saying:

Checking for product confilcts
Product Confilct: VIRUSCAN6500 Will not be installed.

This message come sup when the deployment task runs.

I am trying to install VirusScan 4.5.1 on the system and the version of the agent is definitely correct.

If anyone is able to help me, please do!

Hi there,

VirusScan 4.5.1 is not compatible with Servers and subsequently will not install.
You will need to install VirusScan Enterprise 7.0 or 7.1.

Is there a list on the NAI site anywhere detailing what versions of software are available and for what OS they should be installed on?
