With Epo 3.0.2 When you add a site, The site being an Active directory Domain, is there anyway at all to break down the site into OU's just like AD? so when you set the agent policy for the repositry list in which order they get there updates, One site One order is what I've got at the moment

One AD, 15-20 office locations world wide, when adding the site it just enumerates all computers wether they be servers, workstations or laptops. As maybe 3-4000 workstations could be in overseas offices I wouldn't want them pulling all the updates from Say London and there office is in New York.

Anyone else come accross this problem?
AnyOne Resolved this?

I have logged a prime support call with NAI but their a bit slow at coming back.

Thanks in advance

Gary :)

Can't help you I'm afraid but interested if anyone has a solution. I'm just getting started with McAfee and am kinda disappointed it's not AD-integrated.

The integration of ePO within the AD will be possible with ePO 3.5.
The release date of this version is not known, but it should be ePo aware.

In the meantime you might want to set up the directory tree like your AD structure, and filtering local and abroad branches based on IP filtering.
You can also create distributed repositories and tell the agent to connect to the repository based on ping time.
