EOD error 1

When running EOD Aloha generates this error.

The item is in the item list. It is taxed and has correct category. Not sure if its a new item or if something recently changed in the programming since Thursday. Last week they did a version upgrade from 6.4 to 6.5.

This is the error and there is nothing in the debouts to point to this item

Looks like an item was deleted before EOD ran. If you drop in an itm.dbf and possibly cit.dbf/cat.dbf from the previous dated sub it should grind. If it happens every day then is this a 24 hour site or has the trans.log been carried over each day because EOD is failing? That error is grind trying to point to an item in the trans.log it is not finding in the dbf files.

that fixed it. I have put in a request to the restaurant to find out what they did to that item yesterday

The "change" that caused it could have been a disk error

If you want to pursue it look in the system event log for errors with a source of "disk" and in the root of the boot drive for any folders named found.xxx
