Envelope merge headache

Word 2002 mail merge. Keeps putting the address block into the return address location. I have tried first double-clicing the area I want it to go to, but it keeps putting it in the return address location.

If using the wizard, before step 3 (arrange your envelope) click curser in area of recipient address until a block shows, then continue. Ideally, the block should appear in the course of setting up, but it doesn't.
