I am using Crystal Enterprise 10. I have users all around the country. They want to schedule a job and they want the destination to be a printer.

The problem is any one of the over 200 users will want the report to print at an IP printer physically clost to them.

Right now, reports will print the "default printer".

Is it possible to set up many printers on the Enterprise server and allow users to schedule reports to any printer they want?

Don't think what you want to do is possible.

I had a similar requirement and could only do this by creating my own ASP script for each user, so that they could schedule and print to their local printer.

On the BO site there is a lot of sample ASP code you can download and modify to suit your needs.

any idea where I can look on the site? and...do the users have to do something everytime they schedule the report?

Samples can be found here.

I just created and HTML page which sat on there desk top and when they clicked a hyperlink, it opened a scheduling window to add in parameters.

Within the ASP code you will also add the path to their local printer. You will need to trawl through samples to find one appropriate for your needs.
