Does anyone know of a (free) tool that acts like enterprise manager for MSDE? I'm recovering from an op & bought Vb.net stnd to brush up on my skills. Installed MSDE but used to the manager at work so finding it a little difficult to manipulate now at home. TIA - Nigz

don't remember exactly where I got it but I made a notepad file explaining it here is my notes:
This utility provides access to SQL DMO features allowing programmatic control of a MSDE installation. The supplied DLL can be incorporated into a build and deployment package providing a simple and common mechanism to call database functions. All main functions are available including create or attach a database, backup/recover a database, set up logins and database users etc."
