Enterprise Logon problem

Hi,

When i am trying to login in to enterprise or CMC it's giving me the following error.

Unable to connect to cluster @webserver.com to retrieve updated CMS member list. Logon cannot continue.


i am using crystal enterprise 10.0 and oracle 9
