is their anyway you can enter non validated account codes on V3 or anyway you can import account codes into manager. customer has about 5000.

1) Wow, the customer really has 5000 unique account codes for 5000 different customers or the like, thats one big small to medium business. How do they remember them all ;-)

2) 5000 account codes will pretty much kill the available config memory in most IP Offices except the IP412, and in those it doesn't kill it will leave no elbow room for any further configuration options.

3) Try seeing if there's a pattern to the account codes and then use wildrcard in the IP Office config. Example: The IP Office will allow things like 1234* for any account code begining 1234. The useable wildacrds are * for any characters and ? for any single character.
 
following on from option 3, creatingan account code of * (any digits) should allow any string of didgits to be entered as a non-vailidated code although I have never checked this
 
Cheers guys ill give it a go and see what happens the company generate account codes for every job they do

...meanwhile I go pratice typing "wildcard" - wirldcard, worldcard, wldcard, wildcrd, solution, use a w???*.
