Hello,

I was wondering if there was a way to customize items on the Parameter Window that prompts users for information.
Mainly I was wondering if there is a way to take off certain parts of information. Like when using a discrete value for the input it will display the words discrete value on the parameter box for the user. Is there a way to remove that text?

I was also wondering if there is a way to edit the error message that displays when you enter wrong information. Example: Parameter field is asking for an amount of hours and alpha characters are entered by the user. Right now I get a textbox back for that ask to enter a number value which isnt very informative to my users. I was wondering if there is a way to customize these for my reports.

Thanks!

Anyone? Is it even possible to remove items from the Enter parameter screen or customize it in anyway?

To my kowledge you are limited to what is available in the edit parameters area. The only thing I have done in the past is to use the prompt text to be more descriptive to the user prior to recieving one of those standard Crystal - not very helpful to the end user- messages...
