the enter key is not working and we have changed keyboards 3 times HELP

If it does not work in the cmos setup screens you probably have a bad keyboard chip on the motherboard.

Is it just the enter keys, or more of them? Is this a small "ps2" type keyboard or a "large" old syyle?

I'd also suspicion the keyboard controller on the motherboard or the socket for the keyboard plug.

See if the same thing happens with a USB keyboard, assuming you have one, and your PC has a USB port..

if your tried numerous keyboards and the enter key problem still persists then the problem might be in the motherboard.
