enter a string where the cursor is in a text box?

Okey, i'm just starting to learn access and want help with this question.

I have this button that's called Date. When you press the button the current date will apear in a text box (let's call it comments) where the cursor is for that moment. If comment is not in focus the date will apear at the end of the text in comment. The question is, how do I make this happen...
