IP Office 10.0 Preferred Edition running Voicemail Pro. Customer can listen to a group mailbox message when it's new but when they try to retrieve an old message it asks for a 4 digit agent code. Did I miss a tech bulletin?
 
And they have HGroupname in their source codes?
Copy the name of the group and put it after a capital H. Dont just type it in.
Spaces count as characters. Sidenote: the deviate that thought of doing this all those years ago is as evil as Austrian dad and Grandpa Joe.

Try deleting and recreating a suffering user.
Then try deleting the group.

Tried Hname and H401 for the extension number of the group. Both do the same on all four phones. Even added the group to the phone in the phone room and it does the same.
 
What versions of 10.0 is the system running and VM Pro running? R10.0 was/is kind of a mess really should upgrade to R10.1 (free upgrade).

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
