Enrollment codes on AVAYA J series

We have a couple of AVAYA J169 phones connected to ip office R11.1 . This is an on premise setup . We recently noticed that whenever we reboot the IP office the phones will ask users to enter enrolment codes . We have to press cancel so that the phone can work . This is becoming embarrassing because it happens every-time we reboot the IP office. The phone will be stuck at enter enrollment code , the IT personal will have to go to each of the phone and press cancel to the phone to boot properly . Is there a way we can disable phone from asking for this code ?.
 
An enrollment code is something the phone asks for if it's trying to connect to Ring Central or Avaya Cloud Office. Is it possible you have phones that came shipped with ACO firmware as they are a different model number than non-ACO phones.

 
Clear the phone (default to factory), when it boots up and asks to use enrolment select no.
