Enhanced spell check & grammar check

An area where Lotus Notes client (R5) lags embarassingly behind is the "create memo" editor.

The spell checker has no Replace All and there is no grammar check. Plus there is a terribly low limit on the number of skips you can do.

Is there a way to use Word as an editor, in the same way Outlook can?

Or is there something I can use to fix the lacking features?

You have the Word as Memo option in the File/Preferences/User Preferences/Mail popup. Choose Word in the Alternate Memo Editor on the upper right portion of the dialog box.
