Hi there,

I have setup the following on one station:

ENHANCED CALL FORWARDING
Forwarded Destination Active
Unconditional For Internal Calls To: n
External Calls To: n
Busy For Internal Calls To: 90788****166 y
External Calls To: 90788****166 y
No Reply For Internal Calls To: 90788****166 y
External Calls To: 90788****166 y

SAC/CF Override: No

The diverting is working but I have a few questions about this feature.

1. Is there a way to specify how many rings before diverting?
2. After the divert has happened at least once it seems to divert unconditionally until I have made a phone call from the station (I assume to clear it). I'm happy with this but is there a way to clear it without making a phone call from the station. I.e a button I could configure to tell the phone system that I am back at my desk.

If I were you, I would create a new coverage path for this station with the covering path pointing to a VDN/Vector pair that routes the caller to your 90788****166 number.

This way you could controll how many rings before covering.

The way you reference a VDN from a coverage path is to start it with a v

The vector step would look like:

01 route-to number 90788****166 with cov y
