I have a call pilot release 31.10.14.22. I have installed the ECC with no problems. By the way only 10 active agents with the new ECC. I am trying to install the reporting for call center package. It is giving me an error stating that "this feature requires call center to be enabled". I have programmed agents and skillsets and assigned lines for three skillsets. F982 all modes set to day. Keycodes are all registered fine but it will not take the reporting keycode. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. I am hoping this has never happened to someone but if it has......Thanks
