Enhanced Call Center Error

I have a call pilot release 31.10.14.22. I have installed the ECC with no problems. By the way only 10 active agents with the new ECC. I am trying to install the reporting for call center package. It is giving me an error stating that "this feature requires call center to be enabled". I have programmed agents and skillsets and assigned lines for three skillsets. F982 all modes set to day. Keycodes are all registered fine but it will not take the reporting keycode. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. I am hoping this has never happened to someone but if it has......Thanks
 
Have you verified under "installed options" that it recognizes your ECC keycode. If it only sees basic, RCC is a separate keycode.

The error opens in another window. I have tried to enter it through a set and it says invalid key code but through the gui it says CC must be enabled. Very strange indead. I have considered re-entering the keycodes but do not know how to erase them.
 
Sounds like a keycode issue. The ECC comes with the RCC bulit in. It is activated at the same time as the ECC. I would go back to the supplier or have Nortel regenerate the keycode.
