EnGenius Analog phones..

when on a call and a user presses the talk button (like a flash) the operator is conferenced in on a call. can someone look at the 500 config and tell me what I need to disable?

i am trying to disable 3 party conference calling.. it seems that when the flash or talk is pressed the operator is automatically conferenced in..

if you trace that phone, what do you see? i would think that the timer data would need adjusting... or rdr.. the trace will show what the switch sees when you press talk..

i might add cls xfa and feature phd.. never hurts

I would agree with John, if they are pressing hookflash there is a reason for this????

XFA will give them the ability to tranfer, not conf. calls

It already is disabled with CLS C6D.

Enter XFR (transfer restricted) in the CLS. With XFD (transfer denied) the attendent is recalled upon a hookflash. No recall with XFR.

IFLS in LD 15 was set to no, I changed to yes, and that repaired the issue.
