enforcing TRS to certain carrier only 2

Hi Guys, I have Panasonic KX TDA200, I have just subscribe 2 land lines from another carrier, so currently I have 2 carriers connected to my pbx. The purpose of the other carrier (say carrier A) is because the have low cost rate to long distance and mobile phone call. However this carrier A have significantly more expensive local call rate compared to carrier B. While Carrier B has more expensive rate to long distance and mobile phone call.

So the scenario would be all calls to long distance and mobile phone call will be routed to Carrier A and Local call will be routed to Carrier B. All of this is already achieved except for one thing. However the CO buttons bypass ARS.

I want so that employee can only dial prefix number indicating local call just for the Carrier B not Carrier A, and the opposite for Carrier A.

How can i solve the above problem?

This is all done in ars you need to turn on ars for all not just for Dialing 9

Are saying that eventhough someone can seized the line through co button, ars can still enforce certain prefix to be accessibke to certain co line?

Yes. If you can press a co line and it goes green and let's you dial out, the ars is not set to all

This may be off topic but I was wondering how I can define certain slot in LCOT can be assigned into trunk group. I have no idea. Please help me.

It's the basics of programming. 10.1 CO line settings Trunk Group Number comes to mind.

Thanks for your help. I was so focus on looking at the top three setting options on the maintenance console. I didn't expect the setting related to the lcot card to trunk group would be placed at 10th setting option.
