Enforce Strong Password NT4

All,
I have been tasked with forcing all users to use "Strong" passwords. Is there a program out there that can assist me with this that is not too expensive. I have tried using some suggestions from Microsoft but no luck. My other alternative is to create the passwords myself and distibute and I really do not want to have to do that.

Hi,

You can do that using The NT Server 4 Resource Kit has a utility, Passprop.exe. This will allow you to enforce strong passwords.

Thank You for your suggestions. I have chosen to use the PASSFLT dll that is included with I believe SP4. This dll enforces the use atleast 6 characters, and the use of atleast 3 different characters to include Uppercase, Lowercase, Numbers and characters.
