End user training video?

Is there such a thing an end user traing video out there our customers could watch on how to use the SV 8100 phones?

Wouldn't that be cool. I don't think you're going to get out of training that easily! :) I know that the DSX line has an interactive tutorial which is kind of neat.

I keep it simple: Make, Take, Tranfer, Hold, Voice Mail. One-on-one with a system admin is ideal because they will train the others.

I think it would be real cool! I think venders would be happy to pay for a copy. Then their customers could reference to it when they need to and for new employees.
