Does anyone know where I can find the EoL information for some very old Definity hardware. The Avaya Support site seems to only document the newer platforms. I'm trying to update our Database and found that we don't have ratings for the following platforms.

G3cfs, G3csi, G3i, G3r, G3s, G3si, G3vs, G3x.

Thanks

A great teacher, does not provide answers, but methods to teach others "How and where to find the answers"
Avaya. Too little or no help? Expensive?
For FAST switch support at bargain rates, give bsh a call.

Most Definity hardware (circuit-packs, cabinets) is still being used today in the newer Converged pbx products.
G3 products will be around a long time. There are many secondary market maintenance and admin providers for these older systems.

bsh,

How do these levels relate to the hardware. For example does G3cfsV7 = ECS R7?

Thanks
