At 1:00am encrypted Visa Batch files are sent over a dial up modem. When the route is through our SIP trunk sometimes they make it and sometimes they don't. When I route them over a PRI trunk they always are successfully uploaded. The SIP trunk is converted to PRI in the router before it reaches the PBX so all the PBX sees is PRI. Some day the PRI will go away and all we will be using is SIP trunks so this problem needs to be addressed before that happens... Any ideas on what the problem is?
