Encrypt and Decrypt of password

Hi,
I want to create a login screen but want to encrypt the password before storing in oracle table.

Does somebody has already written simple logic for this encryption and decryption.

I am using Oracle developer forms for creating login screen.

Try to use DBMS_OBFUSCATION_TOOLKIT. Though you may use Oracle generic login procedure.

Hi Sem,
This package is useful for 8.1.7 version onwards only. That is why I thought to have some cutomised logic. Thanks for ur help.
