Encore CX Extension Numbers

I apologize for asking what is probably a very easy question. I'm new to the Encore CX (Mitel 3000) system. How can I determine a particular phone's extension number?

Sorry bud, don't see much 3000 traffic here.

Have you tried the obvious like calling another phone that has a display?

Can you give us an idea of the phone type, the method might be standard.

I've personally never seen or worked on a Mitel 3000 Encore CX system.
If you have a display, why not call the phone with the dispaly and it'll tell you what the extension is.
