I have a form submit mainly korean/japanese/chinese characters to JSP.

In JSP, how can I convert characters to code, 〹恨 ?

What is this code called?

Pls help! Thanks!

by the way, "〹恨" is not rubbish code.
I really want characte convert to &#nnnnn;
