Dear Sir, I need some hlep on how can I put a Macro on an excel message. e.g.: an employee list the macro will warn me, saying: this employee date will expire on 12-dec-05. it is some kind of a reminder. can somebody provide me with a VB code on that?
thanks for your continuous help

I would recommend having formulae do this for you, and not macros.

Put a formula in the cells next to the list, like this:
=IF(D2<DATEVALUE("31/DEC/05"),"Employee date will expire soon.","")

where the employee dates are kept in column D ( adjust for your list ).

Cheers, Glenn.
