Enabling MF Receive for Analogue Ports

Hi
I have various customers using various models of Norstar systems.
I need to know how to enable MF Receive on the analogue extensions of the Norstar, and is this setting firmware dependent. If so what level supports this feature?

Is this recieve tones under capabilites(admin programming) under specified set? I have never used that option yet.
Do you know how to program btw?
