Enabling Email Header View

Is there a way that I can take a look at the email headers using Lotus Notes R5?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
File, document properties (or [ALT] enter from the email). Second tab along has all the email header info.

If it's an external message...

View, Show, Page Source.

You can also export these messages to get the header information.
