We've just implemented a Call Pilot CCR on our BCM and have come across an issue I'm not sure can be resolved easily.
We have an Info node listing employees and their extensions as we've found that many people calling with certain models of cell phones can't use the company directory. The problem is that when you get to the person's name that you want to reach, you cannot dial their extension until the entire list has finished and you've been returned to the company greeting.
I can't seem to find an option to either allow or deny DN dialing on the node properties page of the web interface, so I'm at a loss as to how to accomplish this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Change your Info Node for a Menu Node, then create one submenu option like "1 -Transfer to 221" otherwise your Tree will show incomplete. You can dial when you're in a menu but not when your in an info node. That's why at the end of your Info Node it sends you back to your AA and then you can dial an extension. Good Luck!

Thanks gberger

That's what I was thinking...
and what I was afraid of.

If you want to keep your info node, you could also say "Please press * (star) followed by the extension number or for XXX dial *221.
