Just changed local phone service providers and have caller ID service for the first time. 11-year-old Vodavi phone/AVP system is all working as usual after the cut-over, and display phones still just show 'Transfer from station 108' as call is transferred from the attendant. Sales literature lists caller ID as an 'optional' feature.
1) How can I tell if I have the option?
2) If I do, is there something I need to do to enable it?
3) If I don't, can I get it at this point?
p.s. I hope the model number is correct - the invoice lists 1400-00 4x8 KSU and our station user guides are for SPD 1428/2856.
