Would someone be kind enough to walk me through the process of enabling a phone on the Meridian system that has been disabled.

A step by step outline would be greatly appreciated.

I am faily green with this system and was kind of left to fend for myself.

ld 11 will help you find the TN of the user by inputting the DN which is the users extension.

Then you simply omit the 00(s) from the TN and use the numbers. I note you used 33 in your example? Why not just 3.

I though you had to then input LD32 to enable. I guess you are saying that this does not have to be done. You simply type in NACT and then enlu 33?

Thanks for reposnding so quickly!

Thats for an option 11, the first 3 is the card the next 3 is the port. If you have anything else you need the whole tn as 12 0 3 4.
After you enable do a IDU on the tn, should come back anfd tell you what kind of phone.
All this can be done in LD 11,10,or 20 you don't have to go to LD 32
