Enabled MOH in IPO500 R8.1

I need enabled MOH in IPO 500 with R8.1 Version but not working I paste the WAV file in a directoy if a SD card. The File have a correc requeriments and I enabled Internal MOH with a awav file in a System Menu. But not working fine.

Please i need help. Thank you soo much.

Here is a silly thing to double check... make sure your radio is on, test volume and connection cord. After I read your post I checked my MOH on the system I just upgraded to 8.1 and panicked when it didn't work. Turns out I unplugged the radio from power when I swapped out the IP Office to the new UPS

Put the wav file named "holdmusic.wav" in the primary map of the SD card.
In Ip office set the tftp/http server to memorycard and set the music source to wav.
Once the settings are set and the file is there it will immediate load the file, check with *34#
