I have had CLI set up and restrictions lifted by BT, I need to program each DDI to present itself when making outgoing calls. Mitel 3300. Please help..

I have added DID Range : 100-150, CPN Subsituation : 4488xxx, the DDI range being 0207 4488 plus 4 digit's that match the extension. I have added this to the DID Ranges for CPN Subsituation tables under outgoing call characteristics. Should this now work? Does it need a reboot of the switch?

This now works, if the default Voice CPN is filled in at the top side of the screen (Page CPN substitution)
Furthermore the index number of the DDI range that you have used must be set against this link at the bottom.
To confirm that it works set the following trace:
EDT TR TSP L2L3 X X X X ( X X X X) PLID number
Make a call and you will be able to see the calling party number. Use the same command to stop the trace.

What format should be the voice CPN take? Does it matter if we have several DDI ranges?

The default is used if no matching DID has been found. If there are none, then it doesn't care as long as there is a valid number in there.
