I am supposed to have 8 extensions capable, but only seven are active. Jack # 5 does not initialize my phone. Is there somewhere in the programming where extensions are enabled or disabled?

Enable/Disable extension in KT-D308 KSU

7431, but I found the problem. The Amphenol connector was terminated incorrectly at the connector, not on the BIX end. The terminate black-slate prior to black-brown... Tricky to troubleshoot
