Hi, we are having IP Office 500. My question is that can we enable the unconditional call forwarding using the IP Office Manager. Or I have to enable on the phone handsets.

If you use the forwarding tab under the user, you can set to unconditional by checking the box. Then put in the number preceded by 9; Also check 'forward hunt group calls' so calls transferred va a hunt group will forward as well.
