Enable authorization code IP 500

Hi anybody know how can i enable the auth code in IP Office Manager (9.0.4), i changed regedit and now i can see all auth code, also i can add one more, but when i dial the last one that i create, the phone ask me for auth code again, like if the last code created doesn't be enable.

Ive done with hardphone yesterday I have no problem, my problem is with sofphone. You know something about?
