The problem looks to be that your S/W transmit queue is overflowing:

S/W Transmit Queue Overflow: 1663

You need to increase the adapter transmit and receive queue sizes to their maximum.

Change show ethernet adapter

Select :

en0

Press F4 over

transmit queue size

and

receive queue sizes

N.B. select the maximums.

Also select the last option apply change to database only.

You will need to reboot to let this take effect.

That should sort out the obvious problems - then check for any more errors and post up entstat en0 again.
